What car is this?

I found this while driving around town and I didn't look at the back to see what it was. I was more interested in the way that the front mount intercooler was installed. One of the headlights was removed to run the pipes and it looked like duct tape was used either as a coupler or a leak fix of some sort.

Also right in front of the drivers side back tire there is an exhaust outlet.
