Eaves and Soffits

I am thinking about replacing the eaves and soffits this spring/summer. The current soffits are wood and are starting to rot, the eaves are rusting and generally don’t work very well.

I would appreciate any references for companies or contractors who you have used for this type of work, or general tips on what to look for in new eaves and soffits.

Starting to get quotes, thought I would try again, any body out there have any suggestions / experience with this?

... my company can disinfect and re-colour the trim and the eaves for about 1800, rather then you replacing them, but I'll want the rest of the contract to paint and repair the entire exterior, walls or stucco. essnetially with me, it'll look like a brand new house when I'm done with it.

Not interested if the house is vinyl siding.

Thanks for the offer but given the current condition of the wood, and the eaves rusting enough to leak, I think replacing them is the best option in the long run.
