Leather medicine balls?

Do these exist anymore? My 3rd wedding anniversary is coming up and coinciendially, the 'theme' is leather. I remember Mr. Man mentioning that he wanted a leather medicine ball for training (he hates the rubber ones) but we haven't been able to find one. Anyone know where I can buy one if they still exisit?
