BSD Wristband: Which side?

Does side matter when putting on the wristband?

I've heard it has to be on a specific side or you can't gain entry.

If so, what side is it on this year?

Mine was on my left arm :dunno:

My girlfriend offered her right arm and the girl putting it on said it had to be on her left arm.

Got ours on monday if that makes any diffference.

Yeah, I offered my left (as I wanted it there) and she said right arm.

But my friend right before me in line had it on the left.

judging from the posts, it seems like they're putting it on the arm you don't want the wristband on. Offer your right arm, they put it on the left vice versa. I guess it shouldn't matter which arm its on since it's not consistent with everyone here
