Alright guys so heres the deal, i got a free pocket bike from a buddy of mine, in pretty shitty condition but he said it still ran, so i took it and brang it home, it started up and than died like 2 min after idling. Now the bike wont even start up, and i noticed that the fuel filter is leaking a biit, i replaced the spark plug in hope of success but no dice, any help would be awsome!!

Does it have fuel? Find the source of the leak and fix it. Does it have spark? Can you feel it building compression when you pull start it?

Yes it does have a carb, i removed it and cleaned it and still nothing, it fired up for a quick sec and dies out again.

i fixed the leak, it was just slowly leaking from the filter so i threw some tape over it for now

Fix the leak or you'll have fuel delivery problems.
