New Home Warrenty Question

I recently purchased a new home and my one year anniversary just past under 2 months ago but I just noticed that the driveway in this one section is chipping and peeling off.

Am I shit out of luck because my new home warranty is over?

Is it really bad? Sometimes if you ask nicely the builder will come back and repair it. If it is minor it is pretty easy to fix...

I had our builder come back after 7 years when our roof leaked (it was minor but I had water coming in the roof and down a window...) they did come back, but I know they also had to do some repairs around the same time at a neighbors house.

Builder is alright, I ended up calling them yesterday and the guy I was dealing with regarding all our one year repairs used to be really nice but when i called him he pretended like he never knew who i was and was very rude so looks like this is a repair i have to pay for myself.

Anyone suggest a good concrete guy?
