Software Licensing - How to remove the pop up

Ive had Windows 7 Ultimate for some time now, and yesterday i started getting pop ups to notify me that Windows is not genuine. No matter how many times i close it, it still pops up.

Is there any way to get rid of this?

You shouldn't have downloaded KB971033 update.

theres a patch to remove the KB971033 update, and everything goes back to normal:)
