I hope you're on a tight budget and not just plain cheap, because 20$ barely covers fuel... Time is time, even if the person needed isn't a highly educated individual. Good luck with that.

The travel distance is about 9-10 blocks probably less.

Plus the xx persons time.
For a buddy I d do it for $20 if he insisted on paying, but you're not gonna get anyone for $20, imo.
