hey guys wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. i would like to go hiking tomorrow but my usual place is closed. i mainly go do nihani ridge at the end of hwy 66 but that is closed till mid may.

so if anyone could point me to a good mountain climb (about 2-3 hours). i would prefer something south facing to get the sun on the early trails.

Prairie should be good, it's close enough to the highway 66 closure. http://www.braggcreek.ca/kananaskis/trails/moose_prairie.htm

If you don't mind scrambling then heart mountain, yamnuska, baldy might be good even.......theres lots!

I used to do heart quite a bit.. You can really book it down the side if you want to B line it, just don't trip up... ha
