Flash, case, box, instructions and stofen, no stand. Cosmetically 7/10, the flash head is scratched up from the previous owner, but does not affect function at all. Works as a wireless ETTL slave. Great little flash for on camera, but I'm moving to manual strobes. Will have pics up later tonight.
