Hey,
Selling a brand new steel flange, it's a Greddy/Trust unit it may fit other bov applications but I'm not sure. Measures 4.5cm across. Selling because I actually needed an aluminum one, bought it from Speedtech for 38, yours for 30. A copy of the original receipt is available upon request.
