Just to clarify, when the police say "alcohol may be a factor", do you even read that part? Do you understand what that sentence means? I completely understand and apologize if you're a hair-lip, but if you aren't, it means that the part of the investigation involving toxicology hasn't been completed.

There's another angle for you classy habitual drunken drivers, if the police aren't able to assert the involvement of alcohol in a fatal crash, and are required to wait until laboratory results are back, how can they suspend you or force a breathylizer on you?
