So I knew my alignment was bad, but really?

Kumho KU31, bought and installed May 2009, well under 10,000km on it.

The other tire is bald, but nowhere near this bad.

what the hell was that off? Looks like you were just dragging it down the road.

That's mostly overinflation and camber wear it looks like. Huge dip right in the middle. Also looks like a lot of dragging/burnouts but severe overinflation can have the same effect overtime

Why did you even let the tire get that bad? :dunno:

Couldn't be over inflation, unless tirebob put too much air in ;)

Going to UrbanExp this week hopefully!

Yep, not being aligned will significantly reduce tire life. Haha, that is pretty good life tho, i dont think ive had a set last that long..well on the rear anyways.

Eek! Well unless you were running -5degrees of camber that's pretty hard to have happen unless you have a realllllyy heavy right foot lol

I love people who can't monitor their own vehicle.

Let me guess, you've never looked under your own hood ... And the high school kids at the drive-through oil change are to blame?

Those tires are ridiculous. Get off your ass and look at your car before driving.

haha not even, not only do I barely drive this car, I don't really feel the need to drive fast... the novelty of having a fast car has pretty much entirely worn off.

I think its because I bent that rim doing some shenanigans, got the rim fixed, but never got an alignment after. There is probably a shit load of toe on that side.

Crikey. That sucks. How did you not notice that sooner though?

crazy toe pretty much equals dragging the tire, so yea. that seems like it would sum it up pretty good

I knew it was getting bad, but couldn't (and still can't) decide what I want to do wheel and tire wise. Debating going 5 lug and getting some newer volks.
