View Full Version : Photo Radar. ... Help

Well I got a photo radar on 2200 37th St SW. I was just wondering my options on fighting it ?? There are other cars in the picture but they are parked. There is a lot of Contrast in the setting 'cause it was taken around dusk. The shadows from trees make it incredibly hard to see definition. But anyway's the Ticket is for $73.00 (nothing much but I am a cheap bitch) it was for going 63 km/H in a 50 km/H zone. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Pay the fine, bite the bullet, and just be glad you don't get any points on the ticket.

I don't see what you are trying to fight at all? You said the other cars in the pictures are parked, and obviously if they mailed the ticket to you, your plate was visible in the picture as bad as the contrast was...

You sped, you got busted, and its only photo radar (no demerits) so pay the fine and hopefully you'll look out for the photo radar vans/trucks next time (or slow down haha).

Yoo bad man nothing you can do, but I would rather pay that than a regular ticket, my suggestion is dont speed

Welll actually they got rid of photo radar in B.C. last time I checked but the fines OMG they're STEEP! :eek:

Ya plus in BC its not like Alberta how they give a 10km grace, if youre 5 over its an automatic 150 fine

Really? Ooops. I just got back from my parents condo in B.C> and we were doing anywhere from 20-50km over the limit on the way back... :dunno: :angel:
