what do you mean by "itr steering wheel" ??

ITR Shift boot, if you're talking about the red stitched, it was only available outside of North America, most if not all ITR in N.A.had the red stitched leather shift knob which snaps onto the black stitched shift boot. Leather wrapped steering wheel to boot! All OEM in my books.

Looks like a pretty mint 01 CDN ITR! :thumbsup: GL w/ sale.

It's not missing anything. The Canadian market ITRs did not come with the JDM ITR steering wheel or the titanium shift knob.
