Got to check it out up close today. Neat little car. Fast as hell off the line. They're available in Canada for sale now. Can't import US ones, these are Canadian spec cars.

I wonder what the range is like when it is -25 or colder . 10 blocks ? do they have heat ?

I knew it was based off of a Lotus, but after seeing the interior they barely changed anything, even the steering wheel is identical. But it does have torque.

Edited to make sense.

It would sound like an electric lawn mower hitting a sprinkler head, I assume the maximum travel distance on a charge to be similar to any battery lawn mower.

Tesla guys drive their Bentley in the winter.

 OMFG.... That was seriously the most boring segment I've ever seen in a car show. No wonder they scrapped Top Gear America.. Well sort of. Fuck I want to go shoot myself now after watching that. That older guy can't drive worth shit. :banghead:

lol no kidding. You seriously appreciate Top Gear when you watch these car shows. I could make a video ten times more enjoyable than these old farts.

Wow, how many times is he going to complain about co2 emissions as he drives around a race track. What a nancy.

It was rather dry, I am sure he was drinking a cuppa tea going around the track. Not even those cars can save Top Sleep USA.

A coal plant is much more efficient than a little internal combustion engine, and you get to pick where the pollution goes (Edmonton).

Yes, but you get transmission system losses getting it shipped down the grid, there are some efficiencies in the drive train of the car, and coal emits quite a bit of pollution.

They are brutal, Top Gear USA could work with the right hosts. Like Top Gear UK, it often is the hosts that really make the show. Fifth Gear for example I cannot watch it, tried many times, just not right.
