3 month temp job - use as work ref?

Would you or wouldnt you ask to use a 3 month temp job as a work ref? Im not sure if employers would even consider 3 months long enough to act as a ref.:confused:

If you're badly lacking on good refs, sure, otherwise no.
you should have multiple good references at each workplace, I'd milk that before you give them temp agencies (& the like) as references.

This depends on how old you are and how long you have been working. I'm 28 and I would still use a 3 month temp job as a reference if it is going to be a good one.

The field you work in also matters.

use it.. as it is the most recent... but provide maybe one extra ref. incase the employer doesnt want to use the temp. job one.
