adding amp *NEED HELP*

I have a factory HK system in my 02 M3
And I want to change all my speakers 6 ¼ all around with an amp.. Still keeping my factory deck.. Can someone help me find the best way to wire it all all up I was thinking of getting the JL Audio J2 320.4 4 Channel Power Amplifier
Because it has High-Level built in

or is there a better way or better amp

Use a JL clean sweep. It'll cost you $400 installed, and it'll work beautifully with your existing HU.
