HDTV receivers

finally leaving the stone age and looking to upgrade to HDTV. anybody know of any good promotions from shaw/bell/telus for the receivers? i swear i saw an amazing deal where you could "trade your old receiver box for a *free* shaw hd box" on tv the other day but couldn't find anything online about that nor have i seen that commercial since.:dunno:

I just got a promo from Shaw. Free HD pvr for 1 year, 1 month of free HD super channel etc and then basic cable for the remainder of the year for $5/month.

I can't remember what the promo was if I wanted to keep the HD channels going but you can usually rent the PVR for 2.95/month anyways. It's the channels that cost the moola!
