Haha, i've seen him before around the forest lawn area. I am pretty sure it is Native American that drives it.

I saw that thing on deerfoot last week, I noticed the spoiler from behind but as I was passing him it just kept getting worse and worse :rofl: :rofl:

Was an old asian guy driving it.

I saw a car like this yesterday in riverbend only it was black and had fake exhaust pipes stuck on just in front of the front doors.
