This is a good thing.. It will probably put all used car prices up by 200.00 or so, but good dealers were already doing this anyway. I bought my truck and van used, they both came with inspection sheets signed by a mechanic with his License #.
It might put some of the used car lots under, some of them have a lot of junk on their lots, that they will either have to repair or auction it off again. On the other hand I guess there are probably mechanics out there that will pass anything for 500.00.
