I just upgraded to the Bold 9700 with Telus Mobility and now my voice mail kicks in after three rings which is not nearly enough time.

I know before you would just dial *94_ with _ being the number of rings before you wanted your voice mail to kick in. I tried this but keep getting a busy signal. Before it would just dial, get a dial tone, and then hang itself up. Anyone know what the new code is before I sit on hold with customer service?

Thanks.

I have no idea, but if you do find the answer from customer service, please answer it. I have the same problem as well as a lot of people I know, with smart phones specifically.

Thanks

Three is not enough? But that's usually the default. :dunno:
