I have got a set of stock running boards off of a 2009 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually quad cab ... father-in-law replaced with aftermarket ones and we were going to install these on the 00 Ram, until we sold it. Now I have these just sitting around in my garage. Complete with all mounting brackets, still in immaculate shape - were used for a couple months tops and then removed and have been stored since then.

For reference, here's pics of what they look like
I would mount em on my '89, but I think quad cab nerf bars on a regular cab POS might look a wee bit funny. Otherwise I have no use for them, and know nobody who drives a Dodge.
