HELP: Ipod dock doesnt turn on

I bought a JBL 200ID ipod dock on ebay early this year.. was working fine etc... until this morning I plugged it in and the screen isnt on, I changed the batteries and changed the wall outlet to see if it was a bad one but nothing still. I put my ipod in the dock and it turns on etc and even charges but still nothing... kinda frustrating cuz it costed $150 for it.

any ideas... i tried to google it but I cant really find troubleshooting for no display/power. Does anybody have this model.. I would like to know if there is a reset button or something I can do to fix it
