Yeah, I was getting flack from my passengers about speeding past him while taking a picture. It was the coolest part for sure.

If that's the car I think it is, it's a '29 Ford sedan hot rod with a Buick nailhead 401 V8. Did it have a green engine with lots of copper-lated parts?

If that's the car, he scratch-built it in his garage.

You can opt for classic car insurance, or just insure it normally.

Yeah that guy lives in Shawnessy. I used to see it all the time. Definitely a rat-rod to its truest extent.
