Crossing US border with RHD car

Have any of you guys crossed the border into the states with a RHD car? If so, is it a problem at all? Is there any extra documentation you need to bring to present to the border gaurds?

I'm going down to to Tacoma, WA for 3 days and the only car I can bring is my 92 Toyota Starlet

If your car is registered, and presumably not stolen then why would there be any problem?



Also, by the time you wrote this thread, you probably could have called a toll free number and talked to someone at the border crossing you intend on passing through.

No issues. Valid reg and insurance and A-ok.

I had issues ~6 years ago going across in my Skyline but since then they've seen boatloads of them so they don't care anymore.
