Hi everyone;

By now I'm pretty sure everyone on beyond knows that I'm an internet marketer. During 2007, 2008, and most of 2009 I was generating a ton of revenue for a lot of other people. Then, when the recession hit (and I lost about 30% of my revenue), I decided I needed to reevaluate my career. I'm now involved in the same industry, but in a much different capacity.

For the last several months I have been formulating a strategy to launch a series of campaigns with the intention of keeping the revenue focused within my eyeline. I am getting prepared to begin the initial stages of launching the first round momentarily.

To this end, I am looking for a web design specialist to act as a partner in this project. I won't lie to do: I can't do jack in terms of design or programming. All I know is SEO, conversion optimization, PPC marketing, FB/MySpace/POF marketing, and other forms of paid traffic/"warm" traffic marketing.

I need someone who can handle the following comfortably:

+ Design of website, including members area.
+ Incorporating various SEO elements into the website as required.
+ Designing multiple versions of the same page within a timely manner (3 business days). I'm not talking 1 or 2 versions. I'm talking 10+.
+ Is willing to commit to a long term business, with an aggressive marketing strategy.
++ Knowledge of SEO/affiliate marketing a HUGE plus.

I won't lie to you: you will be working for free for the first three months. You will be investing your time and energy into designing the website, maintaining said website, and making the changes as the website begins to be marketed. You will likely feel frustrated after a few weeks when there's been no paycheck for your efforts. You will get pissed off when I ask you to redesign the opt-in squeeze page for the nth time. This will happen.

I will cover 100% of the costs associated with hosting, initial marketing fees (including initial PPC fees, estimated at roughly $5,000), and will handle all content creation, external SEO, and other marketing. In this sense, the financial burden stems from me. I will be investing a lot of money to make this thing work.

If you're interested, despite all this, get in touch and show me what you've done and what you're willing to do. You must have the time to see this through. We'll likely be meeting at least once per week for a few hours, and will chat regularly on IM/FB/txt/phone as the project develops. This won't consume your life, but for the first while, it will be a priority.

Anyone interested will be required to sign an NDA before I will disclose details other than what I've described here. Whomever gets involved will receive a 45% stake in the company and will be an on-going partner as the project matures.

And before you start trolling, I'm dead serious. I'd use my web developer, but the reality is that the level of commitment required to this project requires the developer to commit to this project completely. So, if you're game and are looking to get into business, hit me up and let's get something started.

Would just like to add for anybody who has doubts or reservations, if there has been anybody I've ever known for being honest, good to his word and trustworthy it's Cam.
