I've gotten back into working out/eating right and it's long overdue. I'm passed the point where I am done proving to myself I can make the radical life change - again.

However, I find myself disorganized. I ride my bike around by the bow river every now and then but I mostly like to stick to my home workout. What I need is someone to give some guidance into what workouts to do, what days, etc.

I have:

Heavy bag (free standing water filled kind - filled with sand and water)

Speed bag (springy bag on a stick, good for reaction time and accuracy)

Pilates workout elastic ( snapped a lesser band and went for this one as it has a detachable bar and door anchor)

Variety of free weights ( 2 small bars and one big)

Floor is uncomfortable laminate and sucks for situps. Main goals would be to drop a few pounds and stregthen, maybe bulk up a bit. Problem I'm having is I tend to do a few reps here punch the bag for a bit, a few reps there and then I'm lost for ideas...

Any help is appreciated!
