Maybe a simulator for my winter beater with 4 blown struts. There is not even close to that much movement in any car, let alone a f1 car.

Looks like he's trying to simulate the G-forces of acceleration, braking, turning, etc, with all the movements.

the movement is to simulate the forces that you would feel in an actual car. The effect probably doesn't work when you can see your surroundings like in the video. Would work better if its in a blacked out room.
