I'll watch it on TV, they looked pretty lame from the three I have watched on TV. The seats are too far from the ice, lame if you like to watch but I suspect an event more than anything.

$20 says the streets are ice and snow free, chinooks a coming.

Ya i heard this on the Fan960 today.

Unrelated, but did anyone hear the Jamie McCowan 'interview'? lol the guy was so hammered you could barely understand anything he said.

I knew we had a game at McMahon back on April 10th, I wonder why it took so long for them to announce it?

I'd like to go to an outdoor game but the Flames are so damn boring.

Great idea, have an outdoor game in a city where it is routinely minus thirty that time of year.

Pass. I have better things to do with my time than freeze my ass off outdoors.

Still looks pretty far relative to what I have seen in person at the Saddledome. I wonder what kind of pricing it'd be though. Probably would be neat to watch though, and something you don't do often.

good, by the sounds of it you'd just be a bandwagoner for a couple hours if you did show anyways. we've got enough of them already.

you mean something that will maybe happen 2-3 times in our lifetime. things like that to me you can't really put a price on if your a true flames fan.

if you can put up with the distance you sit at a football game this will be no different... obviously.

IMO anything closer than first row-second level is too close and not that great of a visual anyways.

Yeah I meant say, it's something you don't get to do often in a lifetime therefore would be worth seeing regardless of seating. Just my expression came out wrong.

I see you're a diehard but this is my opinion I rather take club seats in the dome if the price for of admission for the outdoor game was 25% higher or something crazy like that.

:werd:

I went too. The habs fans (in Calgary) are crazy but tolerable and it makes for a great atmosphere. Hope I can scoop up some tickets as well.

Bandwagoners are people that like the Flames when they suck, when people say they love this boring ass team I wonder if they even like hockey.

I would assume that Flames seasons ticket holders automatically have tickets, since this is one of our 41 home games. Maybe they will do a ticket lottery for the other tickets like Edmonton did in 03.

This 'bandwagon' shit is so overdone and pathetic. If you like the team, more power to you, but don't shit all over the new fans that the team is generating.
