I watched this twice before i posted this and it really intrigued me and I agree with this guy for the most part.

I'm a purpose driven person, but my job does not correlate with my purpose. However, I am motivated by money; however, it is a side product of what my main goal in life is.

to be honest, money helps
but overall satisfaction when i have completed something that i put alot of time into.
i think building an engine, and knowing you built it right and for that first startup would just be the most amazing feeling ever .

i hear that one buddy, i love it when i fire up an sr that ive built and its just a harmony of moving parts. I think anything mechanical or technological motivates me, that and money (duh, need it do do anything fun)

As an electrician what motivates me is driving around my town and seeing lights on in a store or on a pole and think to myself"i made that happen!" its an awesome feeling

Honest Response:

having the satisfaction of knowing that I am doing my best and succeeding in any venture I decide to move forward in. Family that loves me, friends that want my company, and a place to call home. Those everyday reminders of why i do what i do.

Brutally honest response:

I am to be swayed by money and vagina. Sometimes food. But anyone who knows me can agree that I am successfully one of the laziest people on the planet. And no, I dont care what you think of me. If you would like me to care, please write your cheque or money order to Thomas Hills...
