Calgary International Children's Festival still on??

Supposed to be taking my niece to the festival, but with the weather as crazy as it is out side, is this thing even thing on?? I've never been to this thing before so have no idea if the snow will cancel it or not

there are a lot of tents set up for the festival so I would think the tents are still open. It is just up to you if you want to walk around in the rain to each one. I have not been there today though.
