Hello, I am looking at an Integra GSR which apparently has a motor swap. The owner claims the car had a fresh B18C put in from a 98. Seeing as a 95 (year of the car) B18C1 would be OBD1, and a 98 would be OBD2 I figure there must be some differences I can look for to see whether or not the car actually had a new motor put in, or if just the guy just put on a new valve cover and called it a day. Anything I should look for specifically?

Thanks.

PS. car VIN starts with DC2 so I know it had a B18C originally otherwise I obviously wouldn't ask.

just look on the head by the header for the year stamp, that should tell you mfg year of motor
