Hi,
Has anybody used a pre-purchase inspection before buying a used car? I'm not talking about a safety inspection but a total end-to-end mechanical inspection of the used car.
What exactly is done, specifically with regards to inspecting, testing the engine?
Can you recommend or know of anybody in the Ottawa area that performs pre-purchase inspections?
