How people allow themselves to be angered to the point of leaving their vehicle or confronting other drivers eludes me. I do a considerable amount of driving and get cut off all the time. I would say at least three times a week someone either rolls into an intersection I'm driving into, swerves into my lane, cuts me off, tailgates me, or commits some other mindless act while driving. I can't imagine even getting upset about it much less getting out and confronting someone.

The only explanation that makes sense to me is that those people (road ragers) have a superiority complex and think that they own the road so consequently someone who has done something they disagree with has 'violated' their space.
