DTP Registration

I need to register a Motorcycle into DTP, owner nor I have access to credit card or paypal to register online.

Is there another way possible to register this Bike with the Beyond booth, and what options are there out for payment?

You might be able to give cash to Kenny or Arif, I've done that before, or just give someone else cash to do the trans for you.
