I am pretty sure it is priced the way it is in hopes of them never having to make one for a customer. If i had unlimited money, i would definitely be stopping by for this burger haha.

It was eaten by employees at the cafe.

they forgot to mention ' and also by all their family members ,friends and pets over the next week and a half.'

theres no way the whole staff even made a dent in that thing, probably took pictures and chucked it

It could be cooked, but it would not be in the traditional way on the grille. I would imagine to cook that thoroughly, it would probably be done in an oven or smoker, starting at a very low temp and increasing as time went on.
