What to take at school??

I was very interested in the i.t computer systems major at sait, it turned out to be full just as I was going to apply... Can anyone recommend a program that has to do with computers and could End up getting a Job in the I.t field or something equivelent ? Thanks

Or Just do open studies and apply next semester
