Thanks,

there is no way that your iPhone would spell check technician to technition. Don't use the iPhone as an excuse.

ps. I just typed this on my iPhone.

Haha I saw this thread and immediately thought spelling but someone beat me to it!

Luckily you don't need to be that good with spelling to be a network technition! :)

There are some of you who retard and because of that shouldn't comment, I'm not asking for spelling lessons, more so asking for a career advice

Who retard? You still need to be able to type properly to be a technician.

It's hard to stay on topic when you keep giving us such premium material:

ie: Surfing a forum, posting and replying to threads while driving.

Nice.

Everyone gave you career advice. Their advice was to take a spelling course. That would be the first step in your career.

Nice. I could reply to a thread while drinking a slurpee and still drive fine... I don't need a spelling lesson either, for the most part I don't even try at spelling on forum, if I wanted to I could win a spelling bee.

Ok lets assume that you spelled it right. What I dont understand is you said Network Tech, has anyone done this course? A network tech is a network tech what course are you refering to? Are you talking about Network+, Cisco, etc?

Its like saying.... "Hey guys I was wondering about a car and if its good or not"

Anyways, back on topic. Do you like computers? Do you like Networking? Do you mess around at home with switches, routers, etc?

IMO if you have passion for computers then just learn the Cisco stuff and write the tests. So much easier. Get into a tier 1 or 2 helpdesk/desktop role now so that you can work your way into a netowrk position once you have them. All the cisco courses you can learn via cbt nuggets.

3k is cheap. Conferences I go to run more than that. I understand you are paying yourself but it is like cars, you gotta pay to play.

umm no, it's a lot more than 3k for all those certificates

Ok so since you can think for your self, I'll mention one thing. Do the basic CCNA, get your foot in the door then worry about the other certs. Again employers want to know you can do the job, not just take exams.

Your either a troll or just plain out dumb. Either way please stay away from any kind of IT position. Just in case you manage to slip by a dumb manager, I dont think anyone here would want to work with you.

I can just imagine this guy in the workplace. He would probably that annoying employee who asks a billion questions.

It scares me to think that this guy wants to work in IT when he can't even answer simple questions with a google search.

My advice to you is READ! Read everything you can get your hands on.
