That SL is sick, but how did you know it was RennTech? I don't really know what to look for minus that Twin Turbo 6L V12 that the 65s come with (which isn't even RT anyways lol)

Shitty BB camera. It had a RT badge on the right side of the trunk, and a loud aftermarket exhaust. Could have simply been bolt ons, but I still drooled.

:drool: @ the Renntech. I'm a big fan of those cars, I saw an older RT SL72 a while back, but no pics unfortunately.

Do you mean SL73? And if you did then that is a HUGE wow. I think those cars had the same (though detuned) 7.3L engine as the CLK-GTR race car and the Zonda! Those cars are EXTREMELY rare!!!

^You're right, however I don't think thats what I saw. I'm positive it was an even number, and after some excessive googling I've come to the conclusion it wasn't an SL72, but an SL74. It was produced in the 90's by basically boring and chipping an SL600 (then doing wheels, aero, whatever). I don't think it was as rare or expensive as the 73.

Edit: Turns out the 74 was super rare too haha. Anyways, it was in Calgary, so who knows if it was legit.. I mean, I never saw under the hood. It would be easy to get a renntech and SL74 badge and some rims right? :dunno:

Either way, pretty cool.
