Um. Does protein powder expire? I have some stuff thats WAY past the date. But it still tastes fine to me... so... yeah. Should I not be cheap and buy new stuff?

It's okay to eat, but over time it may have a lesser effect due to the breakdown of protein. The expiry date is on there as an estimate of the breakdown.

Chocolate. ~$35 for a 5lb tub of Myofusion from bodybuilding.com (rated 9.4/10). Supplements from that site are so cheap.

Right now I'm eatin Mutant Mass weight gainer (strawberry banana). The protein powder I have is the vanilla ice cream flavor Kaizen from Costco. Very cheap for a 100% isolate, $45 for 5 lbs I think.

Yeah, it definitely tastes great too. I've tried Champion and EAS before, they're both kind of odd in flavour.

Strawberry Banana quickmass first one I bought and stuck with it have yet to try the vanilla or chocolate.

i dont take it anymore and eat real food instead but when i did it was

muscle milk for taste
true protein for value

Optimum Chocolate is pretty good, mixes easier than ice tea or even kool-aid, ive found... Too bad the price has gone up so much lately... Used to be able to get 10lb bags for 80$ at Popeyes... no more.

Yeah I gotta say, Muscle Milk taste's pretty good. My recipe of the month is

1 Banana
10 ounces 1% milk
Half cup oatmeal
2 spoons peanut butter
Small spoon of flax seed

It's pretty thick but goes down great.
