Alright so I drive a 1999 Honda Accord v6 and right now it has the standard 15"inch ugly rims that have been curbed a few times. And for the summer I want to go buy some 17"rims and new tires. I found a nice pair of used rims for a decent price and im thinking about going to look at them tom. The thing is on tirerack.com most the rims show up with the 40 offset. The ones im looking at are 38, will they fit ?
