Fridge definitely works - Got retarded cold on 120v (I had it at max; yes you can dial it down). Even being off level. Good sign!

Furnace fan works, thermostat needs replacement. Still haven't checked the LPG side of things.

Most of the damaged luan on the roof is down now - Structurally good, no real evidence of mould, been hitting it with the TKO orange + bleach just in case... Price starts to go up as I start buying repair parts :)

This is it's last day... If you're interested - speak now. Delivery is available. Just slapped a new wrecker blade into the sawzall and tightened up the chainsaw blade... Less than 12 hours until she becomes spare parts.
