Greddy Emanage - Need a special cable?

Found a little adapter that does fit the box, but still cannot communicate....

As usual, shop that did the install kept the cable :dunno:

So what's the deal? Is it 'special'? Can someone lend me one?

I had an emanage and had to get a special cable to connect with it. It uses the same connections but with different internal wiring so a usual USB cable won't work.
