Description : This was going to be my project car to attepmt to turn into a hot rod of sorts ... but I have not got the time or the patience anymore to actually pursue such an option...
2 Door Beater, Body in fairly good shape, quarter panels/fenders/doors need some work due to rust. Interior in almost mint condition. Pimpin' red velvet seats. Under 75k original KM's on car!!! I am the second owner, I got it from an old man who bought it off the sales floor in Red Deer. Engine and tranny seem to be in great shape. Suspension and brakes need some serious work. Didn't get the story from the old man, but these cars actually came stock with an air ride system in the rear end. It has been overhauled and eliminated, unfortunately. I got my hands on this in January of '09. Drove it full time from July '09 thru till March '10. Great ride, decent power, and actually good on gas as long as you keep the lead foot to a minimum ... but hammer the pedal down and you feel it!!! Fairly good tires on it, as well as 2 full size spares. The major issues with it: Rear drivers side window has been smacked out, and was Tuck Taped up until this weekend. I have replacement glass for it. I ripped out the stock A-track/AM/FM radio and replaced with an aftermarket stereo - since been removed, but wiring still intact for full system, head unit, amp, subs. Center dash panel was destroyed in the process, so ugly bare metal on there.
Car was fully loaded, A/C, cruise control, power seats, power windows, power locks. A/C compressor has been disconnected, passenger side seat no longer works, and cruise control does not work. Front end needs an overhaul to pass a safety. Everything from control arms to tie rod ends is worn out. Passenger side lock has been removed ... and duct taped over. Drivers side lock has a chunk of the spare ignition key in it. Thus, the car cannot be locked frm the outside at this point.
New battery installed in December of '08
Wanted to do alot to it, but the wife is on me to get it out of here, as I just do not have the time to work on it. Very strong reliable motor, never has a problem starting in the cold.
Extras : 2 full size spare tires and a replacement window for the broken one.
Asking Price : $500.00 OBO or will trade for older import beater (Civic hatch, CRX, something small)

Are you sure its not at 175k or 275k? What size is the v8?
