210g is like 7 scoops! Who takes in 7 scoops a day??? 3 scoops over 2 shakes is the most that I've ever drank.

I do 9 scoops a day, but thats of quickmass :dunno:

I'm quite sure you get more from eating tuna and other fish. I'll keep enjoying my protein shakes.

depends on the servings

for quickmass i think it about 50g of protein per serving (4 scoops)

When i was 230lbs I was taking in 16-18scoops/day.

Now i usually have 6scoops of egg protein/day. Used to be whey, but taking a break from whey for the moment.

I thought the body would only absorb 30-50g of quick proteins every 3 hours, any excess would just get pissed out no?

Yeah, I've read that the body can only absorb 40-50g at a time.




I think the problem lies in people relying only on protein shakes. One's diet should be good enough to get most protein needs and then supplement with protein shakes. Supplements are called supplements for a reason.
