This is probably a pointless thread, but I just came to a realization and needed to share.
During qualifying you always see the drivers trainer standing beside the car holding a air hose attached to a cylinder. He has this pointed at the driver, blowing cool air at him. I have always wondered how it worked. Today I saw this Dyson video and it all clicked. I know Dyson is not in F1, just thought it was interesting in the technology used to cool down the driver. With all the aero research going on I guess you would expect this kind of stuff.
