Bull license plate?

Saw a plate that YYC IAH with a bull in between the letters instead of the dash.. Also had this same symbol under the Acura bage

The veterans plate is merely something to cover terrible driving. "Oh dude is swerving or driving slow, oh wait he is a veteran so it is ok"

ive seen 2 plates (or merely the same plate twice) with a maple leaf instead of the dash, but the bull sounds really random. Whether it was a sticker or not is up for debate, but i can tell you for sure ive seen it, once about a year or so ago and again a few months ago
