new replica fog lights

I recently bought JDM replica fog lights for my 01 prelude. Thing is, it didn't come with instructions or anything. Does anyone know how to hook em up or know a shop that will do it for a decent price?

They installed my aftermarket foglights without a problem, if you don't have the proper wiring expect to pay for that.
