Is this motor the D15b VTEC? also is the Brand new shocks and struts for the rear an OEM replacement?

No, The d15b is a non - vtec. My previous motor was giving out so I ended up just replacing it with what it had. And the struts and springs are an oem replacement.

D15b7 is SOHC Vtec.

any better shots of the engine bay,+ pics of under carrige?

I can take some more pics of the engine bay, But getting it on a hoist will be a bit of a problem to take the under carriage pictures. Best I can do is to jack it up some and take a look of the under carriage yourself? I'll try taking some pictures but I don't think it'll work.

d15b7 is not vtec, d15b comes in both vtec and non-vtec.
